Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: My God will hear me.

I have faith that God will answer the prayers of his children, but that it will be in his perfect time, not ours! People are very impatient, we want it right now! We need to learn to wait upon the Lord, and know he will answer our prayers, know he will fix our problems, cure our sickness, deliver us from the yokes of satan, because he will! Many times people give up on getting their prayers answered, and they stop thanking God for the answer, when this happens they have lost their faith that God answers prayers and their prayer most likely will not be answered. No matter how long it takes never stop thanking God for answering your prayers, and never, never stop believing that they will be answered! We must get our minds to realize that time is not important, we think that we need to get results right now because time is short!! Although I believe that our time of living in the flesh, and lusting after the things of the flesh is short, time itself is eternal! We need to realize that time will never end! God does not work in time, time does not hinder God, for God can move back and forth in time as he wills, God does not consider time, so therefore we should also consider time as eternal. I try to compare my time here on earth as a drop of water in the ocean compared to forever, but even eventually every drop of water in the ocean could be counted, eternity can not be measured, nor counted, eternity is infinite it never ends! Throughout the ENDLESS ages! So God will do things in his time, so let's jsut ask him for the answers, and then thank him for the results of our prayers even after they are answered!

Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: My God will hear me.

Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. A-men'.

This was Jesus speaking to his disciples. Now you may want to read all of Matthew chapter 28. It only has 20 verses in it so it would only take you a few minutes. Anyway, what Jesus is saying here is simple, so simple that anyone that reads it, or hears it could understand it! He is saying to obey the commandments of God, and that is not very hard to do! I know we have all heard of the Ten Commandments, the Ten Commandments are not hard to obey!! The best way to obey the Ten Commandments is to do a little reading in your bible every day. This will give you the desire to obey the Lord.

Jesus also said in this verse that: "lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." Now what does that tell you? It tells me that God is always there, every second of every day!! If you believe in God then you must believe that he is with us all of the time because his word says so!! And, not only is he always with us, but this verse tells me that the world as we know it is definately going to end!! Pick up your bible, and see what it says for yourself. Also, if we believe in God, then we must believe that when we die here on earth we will be going somewhere else, now: What if every word of the bible is true!! If it is, and you do not allow God into your life as the bible says we must, then Hell is your final destination with no hope of pardon!! Eternity, forever, never ending!! Personally I will go with God! I believe the bible, every word! I know it's true! Think about it.

Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED OF ALL NATIONS THE HOUSE OF PRAYER? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Read Mark 11:15-16-17. I read it and came to this conclusion: To buy, sell, or trade anything in the house of God is a sin. Jesus cast out those that bought and sold in the temple, he overthrew their tables, because they had made God's house a den of thieves. Is this not also true today? How many times have you been in a church where someone sets up a table to sell book, tapes, CDs or a variety of other things? These book, tapes, and CDs are telling people how to get closer to God, or how to obtain a miracle from God! How dare they sale them in God's house!

Matthew 10:8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have recieved, freely give.

The verse above tells me that we are to freely distribute the word of God! To sell books, tapes, or CDs, especially in God's house is wrong! We need to get back to the true word of God. The church has allowed the world to enter in into the sanctuary, and the church now needs to remove the world from God's house.

Mark 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED OF ALL NATIONS THE HOUSE OF PRAYER? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world, A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.

Matthew 5:15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

I certainly hope that my daily thoughs are not an inconvience for anyone, but as you can see from the scriptures above I am allowing the light of Jesus to shine through me. I take the bible serious, and I take it to be completely true! I pray that you also believe the word of God. Just as Matthew 5:14 says, Ye are the light of the world, A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. I cannot hide out behind the walls of my church building, according to God's word I have to reach out to the world in what-ever way is available to me. To sit upon my pew in church and do, or say nothing to try and spread the word of God is not acceptable, Each and every person in the kingdom of God has at least one purpose that God has chosen for them to do, and one of mine is to tell people about Jesus and his love. Don't be offended by my Lord, OK? Matthew 5:15 Pretty much says the same thing as Matthew 5:14. The people in God's kingdom cannot hide their light, they not only must let it shine, but they want to allow it to shine, so that someone lost in the darkness of the world may see their light shining like a beacon in the night, and follow it to the safety of God's love. Don't be offended by my God, OK? Matthew 5:16 says, that we are to let our lights shine before men, not only our words, but we must allow our lights to shine by our works also, to say you love someone, and then turn your back on them in their hour of need is not letting your light shine! We are to help those in need, to do so will let that light shine brightly, and it will glorify the Father which is in heaven!! Don't be offended by my belief, OK? I'm not offended by your's.

The only thing I want to say today is read Romans Chapter 10, there is only 21 verses in it, but they are important verses. If you don't have a Bible, or don't know where your's is, let me know, I will e-mail you Romans chapter 10, or you can go to the address below. The entire Holy Bible is online at:

Blue Letter Bible.Com

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? THE WORD IS NIGH THEE, EVEN IN THY MOUTH, AND IN THY HEART: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith, WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON HIM SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED.

Romans 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

Romans 10:13 FOR WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.

Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Jeremiah 1:6 Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

Jeremiah 1:7 But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

Jeremiah 1:8 Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.

Jeremiah 1:9 Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.

This was the Lord and Jeremiah having a conversation about Jeremiah's ability to do as the Lord commanded.

In verse 5 God is telling Jeremiah exactly who he (Jeremiah) was. God knows us all before we are born, he has plans for our lives before we are born, sometimes we do not live according to God's plan, because God did give us free choice.

As you can see from verse 6, Jeremiah had doubt about what he could do, and what he couldn't do. He was allowing his flesh to get in the way of what God wanted from him, just like we do today, we think we cannot say something because of who, or what we are.

In verse 7 God is telling Jeremiah what he expected of him I think Jeremiah was afraid of the people, God was telling Jeremiah to go and do what he (God) commanded.

In verse 8 God told him not to be afraid of their faces, because he was with him to deliver him, remember that the Lord will never leave us, nor forsake us, this is what he was saying to Jeremiah. He wanted Jeremiah to know that it didn't matter what the people thought, or said, it only mattered that Jeremiah done as the Lord commanded. Just as Jeremiah was in those days, so should we be today! We need to open our hearts to God, and do as he commands, because he is with us to deliver us.

In verse 9 God put his words into Jeremiah's mouth, I have experienced this, I was afraid to speak God's word to people, but, once I realized that it don't matter what people say, I opened my mouth and God put the words in it, I have said things to people about God that I read in the bible, but if I try to think of something to say from the bible (In the flesh) I really have a hard time thinking of what to say, but if I just open my mouth, God puts the words in it. Read some more about Jeremiah, he done great things in the Lord.

Psalm 100 A Psalm of praise.

Psalm 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.

Psalm 100:2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Psalm 100:3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we oueselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Psalm 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Psalm 100:5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Psalm 100:1 Is a simple verse, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands!!" I believe that God is blessed when we make happy noises unto him, such as singing praises to him, not just singing them, but shouting them! I know that all of my life when I was happy I got noisy! Ever went to a ballgame and shouted as loud as you could for your team, and when they were ahead did you make a joyful noise, perhaps a shout, clapped your hands, stomped your feet, jumped up and down!!! So if we are happy about God should we not also make such happy noises unto him, after-all Psalm 100:1 Says to!!

Psalm 100:2 Another simple verse! It says that we are to serve the Lord with gladness, that we are to come before his presence with singing. So therefore when we go to church, Sunday school, pray, say grace, anytime we are coming before God's presence we should be glad, and singing! My God is a God of Happiness, and gladness, and all good things, not a God of gloom and doom, so therefore I will sing my praises unto my God and be glad!!!

Psalm 100:3 Remember that if it wasn't for God we would not be here, for he made us, each and every one of us, he created us, we belong to him, and he wants us to be glad, and happy about our lives. Just like the good shepherd, God will not allow any harm to come to us if we just trust in him. Let's refer back to Psalm 23:1 for just a second: Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Psalm 100:4 We are to enter into his gates with thanksgiving, we should thank the Lord for everything we have, and every thing we experience. Anytime we go before the Lord in prayer, or praise and worship we need to thank him for all that he has done for us. "And into his courts with praise" God's courts can be anywhere, anytime you are in the presence of God you need to praise him because you are entering into his courts! When worship and praise him it blesses him.

Psalm 100:5 Simple verse, The Lord is good, he cannot be not good to those that love him. His mercy will last forever, he will never condemn you if you only ask forgiveness for your sins, he will show mercy to you and forgive those sins forever. The truth of God, his existence, his love, his mighty power, has always been in the minds and mouths of man, and it will continue to be so even unto the last generation of man on this earth!

Proverbs 13:3 He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Proverbs 19:9 A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall perish.

Proverbs 21:23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.

The thought for today is simple, after reading the verses above I am sure you already know what is meant by them! Proverbs 13:3 tells us to not speak of things we shouldn't speak of. If we see, or hear any gossip, or degrading things about someone we are to put them out of our thoughts, and under no circumstances are we to speak them to someone else! Because if we tell things that are of no concern to us, it will come back to destroy us. Ignore gossip when you hear it, because that is just what it is GOSSIP!

Now in Proverbs 18:21 it says that death and life are in the power of the tongue, and this is so true! Lies can kill! Lies and false truths can not only physically kill, as in murder, suicide, manslaughter ect. but, it can kill spiritually also! Spreading lies and false truths about someone can destroy their spirit, it can cause them to walk away from God. Then it says, "and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." Anyone that enjoys telling lies, or hearing lies shall eat the fruit thereof, which means if you lie, and listen to lies then you can expect the same to come upon you! If you enjoy gossipping about someone, and putting others down for their weakness', then expect the same to come upon you! Any bad thing you say to someone else about another person, be it truth or lie you can expect things to be told on you that are not true. Remember, many good people are persecuted for Christ' sake, lies and false truths are told on them not because they have lied, or gossipped, but because they have given their lives over to the Lord, and they will be persecuted for his names sake. Ask God to show you the difference between someone being persecuted for his names sake, and someone being lied on, and talked about because they have lied, and spread gossip themselves, God will show you!

Proverbs 19:9 This one confirms the others. Tell a lie and be punished! Then it says "and he that speaketh lies shall perish" it don't say may perish, or might be in trouble, NO, it says "shall perish", therefore I suggest you speak no lies, and if you hear something that you don't know to be true, and it is a lie, then you speak it, guess what?? YES, you have lied and you shall perish, God said, all liars shall have their place in the lake of fire. I didn't write the bible, but I believe every word of it, so I guess what God was saying here was: "Lie and Die"! The die speaks of eternal damnation, not a physical death for lying here on earth!

Proverbs 21:23 Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles. this is simple!! Gossip about no one, tell no lies about no one, if someone tries to tell you something bad about someone else, be polite and tell them you really don't want to hear any gossip about anyone, if it hurts their feelings so be it, they need to understand that not everyone wants to hear depressing news about other people. If enough of us started saying we didn't want to hear any gossip, then maybe the gossip in our churches would decrease, and with prayer it could stop!! So if you want to keep your soul from trouble, keep your mouth closed!

John 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my father.

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

John 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Do you believe in Jesus? Do you believe that he is who the bible says he is? Do you believe that he did all those things written about in the bible? Do you believe he raised the dead? Do you believe he opened the eye's of the blind? Do you believe he made the deaf to hear? Do you believe he made the cripples whole again? If you believe that Jesus was the son of God just as the bible says he was, then you must believe that he did all those things the bible said he did! Now, if you believe he did all the bible said he did, then you must believe that when he said: "He that believeth on me, the works that I do, shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." If you believe this, then don't you believe that you and I (Through God) have the same power that Jesus had when he walked the earth? Do you believe that you and I (Through God) could raise the dead? Do you believe that you and I (Through God) could open the eye's of the blind? Do you believe that you and I (Through God) could make the deaf to hear? Do you believe that you and I (Through God) could could make the cripples whole again? If you believe the word of God then you would have to believe this? IT IS WRITTEN: Read the scriptures! I didn't write them, I like you only read them and try daily to live by them. Many people make fun of the children of God when they see them on television laying hands on others and healing them, they think it is an act. I am sure that some people are putting on an act just to make money, but thoses people will answer to God one day! But, there are some that are not putting on an act! I personally have witnessed God's healing power, I saw with my own eye's a broken foot healed, I watched as the blackish, blue color disappeared, I watched as the swelling went down, I watched as the person with the broken foot jumped up and down on that same foot, when only minutes before it was black-purple, and swollen to it's normal size! I was involved in this, I know it wasn't an act! The Lord said: " And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." We asked God to heal this person's foot, and we believed as we ask, and God did just as his word said he would, he healed the foot, totally, completely, within minutes, and without any evidence that it was ever broken!! I have told several people about this miracle I witnessed because I wanted to make sure that God got the glory, because the bible says: " And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." John 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If you believe as you ask, then expect it to come to pass. John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. However there is a catch to witnessing God's miracles, and John 14:15 is the catch!! God's miracles does not come without belief, they will not happen without faith, you must believe God's word, and strive daily to live by it, not live perfectly, because none of us are perfect, but we need to try our best to be as Jesus was when he walked on the earth in the flesh. If you believe in God, truly believe, then everything else will come unto you!

James 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

James 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass.

The bible is God's living word. If we are to live the lives that God has for us to live, then we must believe that the bible is God's living word, and if it is God's living word then we are to do his word, and not just speak it! We cannot be hearers of the word only, we must do his living word! If we go to church and hear his word, and then do nothing with what we hear, we are decieving ourselves, the bible plainly tells us what we are to do, and how we are to live, if we do not do as it says, or do not live the way it tells us to then we are only deceiving ourselves. James 1:23 Tells us: For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass. This is someone that is like looking into a mirror, all he sees is himself, he is interested only in what he will gain! This would be someone looking out for themselves, and themselves only, with no concern about his brother's and sister's in Christ. This would be someone going to church just to gain prestige in their community, or at work, going to church to gain earthly desires, not spiritual rewards that would bless God! To hear the word, but not do the word is no better than being lost in the world, because if you do not try to live the way the word of God tells us to then you do not truly believe the bible.

Ephesians 4:26 BE YE ANGRY, AND SIN NOT: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

Ephesians 4:27 Neither give place to the devil.

Todays scriptures are simple, and pretty much self explanitory. We are only human, and God knows that. He sent Jesus to walk upon the earth as a human. Jesus came in the flesh so that he would know what it was like to be human, to experience our feelings, our wants, and desires. God knows that we get angry, it is not a sin to become angry. Anger itself is not a sin, it is what we allow the devil to do with that anger that is the sin, BE YE ANGRY, AND SIN NOT: We do not have to allow the devil to control our anger, as soon as we realize that anger is rising up in us we need to ask God to remove that anger from us. When we ask him to remove it, he will, but, we have to want it removed before God will remove it. God gave us free will, if we want something gone from our live, or if we want something added to our lives we have to ask God. So the next time you feel that anger rising in you, ask God to remove it and he will. You will feel a lot better when you are not angry anymore, I would much rather be singing and smiling, than cursing and frowning, wouldn't you?? Ephesians 4:27 Neither give place to the devil. This is telling us not to give our anger over to the devil, because if we do he will grab it and run with it. Many lives have been snuffed out because the devil grabbed someone's anger and ran with it, many lives have been turned upside down because the devil grabbed someone's anger and ran with it! Don't allow the devil access to your anger! Give your anger over to God and let him replace it with happiness, understanding, and joy!!

Genesis 6:11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

Genesis 6:12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

Genesis 6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

HMMMMM, sound familar? Is our earth today corrupt? Is it filled with violence? I would say that our world is quite corrupt. I don't know if it is corrupt as it was in the days of Noah or not, but it is corrupt! I would also say that our world today is filled with violence. Again, I don't know if the world is as violent as it was in the days of Noah or not, but it is violent! I think that in the days of Noah, God looked down upon the earth, and saw the corruption, and violence, and I think it angered God! If God is looking down upon the world today, do you think what he sees pleases him? Or, do you think he would be angry? (AGAIN!) Do you think God would be happy with all of the corruption, and violence that is in our world today? Or, Would the violence anger him? (AGAIN!) God made a promise to Noah to never destroy the earth with water again. But, with the world in such turmoil, and so much hatred in the world, and people killing other people by the thousands just because they don't believe the same way, do you think it possible that another chapter in God's book of the world is about to end? If this is the end of another chapter in God's book of the world, then the next chapter would be titled something like this I think: Jesus Returns For His Church, or maybe: Jesus Fulfills His Promise To Return For His People, or perhaps something along the lines of: Jesus Steps Out, or, Every Eye Look Up. As brother John from Africa would say: "Are you getting the understanding" Think about it OK?

30-Jan-2004

Isaiah 40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.

Isaiah 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Understanding Isaiah 40:28 is not hard to do, ask God with believing in your heart, and he will show you the meaning of the scriptures! God is forever, he always has been, and he always will be! He never tires, he is never confused, he is never doubtful, he is all knowing, he understands all, he is the Maker of all things! Nothing would be that is if God had not made it! He understands us, he knows our hearts, our feelings, our dreams, our desires, he knows everything there is to know about us! He knows when we are feeling down, and Isaiah 40:29 says that He giveth power to the faint, and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. This means that anytime you are facing a difficult time in your life, anytime you are feeling depressed, or down, or hurt, or aggrevated, or frustrated, or any kind of feeling that is not good, all you need to do is ask God for power, and strength over the situation, and know that he is all caring, know that he only wants good things to happen to you, know that he loves you so much he allowed his only son to suffer and die for you! Know that God can fix the problem, because he can!! Isaiah 40:30 Even the youth shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: No one is exempt! No one can achieve God's plan for their lives by themselves! Everyone shall experience troubles in their lives, even the youth will become depressed, even the youth will face difficult times in their lives, the youth will be frustrated, aggrevated, hurt, and put down by their elders! We as christians need to get as close to God as we can, and we need to uplift our young people, we need to introduce them to Jesus. They need to know that there is a way to face this world we live in today, we need to show them love, and caring, and understanding! If the older people try harder to understand the youth, then the teen suicide rate would drop drastically, the teen pregnacy rate would drop drastically, the number of teens drinking alcohol would drop tremendously. We expect them to understand us, yet we give no thought to understanding them!! Many children and young adults are treated like second class christians! They come second after the older members of the church or not at all! God is no respector of persons!! If God sees us all the same, and we are to strive to be as Jesus, then how can we treat the youth in the churches as if they are not as important as the older christians and still claim to be striving to be as Jesus?? Isaiah 40:31 Tells me that those of us that wait upon the Lord will have nothing to worry about! If we put our trust in God, and know he will make everything alright, then we will make it through this life with a glorious eternal existence awaiting us, and all that is required to claim this glorious eternal existence is to believe God, believe his word, believe in his love, and truth. Exercise our faith!!

Micah 7:7 Therefore I will look unto the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.

Micah 7:8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

Never stop talking to God! If you believe in God, then he will hear you when you talk, he will answer you if an answer is required. Sometimes we need to wait for God to answer us, or to answer a prayer, but the main thing is to never stop believing that God hears you! When you ask God for something, or for an answer to a question, he hears you the first time you speak it. But, you need to keep thanking God every time you talk to him for the manifestation, or answer to what you spoke of to start with. The bible says in Micah 7:7 my God will hear me. Believe it because it is true.

When you fight a battle, be it physical, or spiritual, the enemy will do his best to rejoice against you. He will rejoice in an attempt to make you think he has won, DO NOT Believe this!! In Micah 7:8 the bible says: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me. When you are doing battle against the enemy, and you feel weak, or defeated, you may think why go on, why bother, is it worth all of this? This is the enemy rejoicing against you, because the enemy rejoices in your despair, your defeat, your depression, and in any thing bad in your life! Never forget that: when you fall, you shall arise; when you sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light unto you. Rely upon the Lord for your victory against the enemy, for God will raise you up if you ONLY BELIEVE, the LORD will be your light. In your worse trials, and in your worse battles you need to praise God, and thank him for the victory, because througfh him you will obtain the victory!! And, when the victory comes, do not pride yourself in it, it wasn't you, but give the glory unto the Lord for without him you would not have been the victor.
